The following information outlines the shipping policy of kawaiworld.co.in:

General Shipping Information

  • Delivery Coverage: kawaiworld.co.in provides shipping to most pin codes across India.
  • Order Dispatch:
    • Orders placed before 11:30 AM are dispatched on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 11:30 AM are dispatched on the next working day, except Sundays and holidays.
  • Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are prioritized for shipping.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    • COD orders are verified by a customer service representative via phone call to the registered number.
    • Up to 3 attempts will be made to verify the order, along with a WhatsApp attempt.
    • If verification is unsuccessful within 3 days, the order will be canceled.
    • Most products are eligible for COD.

  • Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4–6 days
  • Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 days
  • Kolkata: Same day or next day
  • J&K and North East: 6–8 days
  • Items over 2 kg or high-volume shipments may take longer.

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances, including logistics challenges or weather conditions. kawaiworld.co.in reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping is available for select pin codes and is subject to additional charges.

Special Occasion Deliveries

For occasions like birthdays or festive events, inform us via email or WhatsApp so we can arrange timely delivery.

Hidden Charges

Prices displayed at checkout are all-inclusive. No additional taxes or fees are required.

International Shipping

Currently, kawaiworld.co.in does not ship outside India. Customers can place orders using international cards, but delivery is restricted to Indian addresses.

Tracking Packages

  • Customers will receive an email with the courier details and tracking number.
  • If the email is not received within 24 hours of placing an order, check the spam folder.

Non-Availability on Delivery

  • Delivery partners will attempt multiple deliveries before returning the package to the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate contact details for faster delivery.

Reverse Shipping

A nominal fee of INR 100 is charged for reverse shipping requests.

Change in Delivery Details

Changes to delivery details are not possible once the order has been shipped.

Reshipping of Unaccepted Orders

  • If a prepaid order is not accepted and needs to be reshipped, additional charges will apply:
    • Original delivery charge.
    • Processing fee of INR 150 per order.
